This will also be livestreamed on the ICW .
FH Batacan is a Filipino journalist and a writer of crime and mystery fiction. Her first novel 鈥淪maller and Smaller Circles鈥 won the grand prize in the 鈥1999 Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature鈥 and was published in its original novel form by the UP Press in 2002.
The book talk is part of the ICW鈥檚 鈥淧an: Panayam sa Panitikan鈥 series.
