Coastal Engineering Lecture Series

The guest speakers are Tomoo Iba, a principal engineer at the Project Management and Engineering Department, Global Company, Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, and Tomoya Shibayama, an institute professor at Chuo University in Japan and professor emeritus at both Waseda University and Yokohama National University.
Iba will present the lecture 鈥淎ctual Procedure of Coastal Development at Lingayen Coast in Pangasinan.鈥
Shibayama鈥檚 lecture is 鈥淐oastal Engineering and Its Application to Coastal Disaster Study.鈥
